HI,
It was very nice to meet you and I hope you understood what I was saying.
I felt it took a little bit too long time to go through the different conventions and maybe I should have jumped over to the copyright slides earlier. Bad timing 🙁 , sorry for that.

I also want to clarify my answer on the question regarding slide no 13. The question was; What is the “Most-Favoured-Nation Treatment” ?  The answer is in Article 4 of The TRIPS-treaty were it says that any advantage granted to a member of any national in another country shall be granted to all nationals in all countries that have signed the treaty.

I have changed the dates for seminar B on the instruction page for “Seminar B material”.
Please respect the times for the different groups so we get same number of groups on each seminar.

Now it is time to read chapter 1, 4 and 5 in the book IT Law for IT Professionals.

Finally don’t forget the webinar tomorrow at 10 am!

Take care and have a nice day 🙂
Krister

We haven’t take this many notes and gathered so much information since we started at MDH!…We think tyour teaching is good and the way you emphasize on important things and the fact that you take your time to even repete the parts that are important is really good for us!!!!¨

  3. Hi sir!

I wanted to be sure what chapters in our books we have to read so that I know that I didn’t miss anything, and this is what you told us to read

    In the IT law book: 1, 2, 4, 5 ,7 AND 12.
    in the EU law book: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
in the Business Contracts book: only chapter 12!

Now, are these chapters above are all the right ones? Did I miss any other chapters I had to read? If there are any other chapters we have to read, then which are they?

    • Hi
I will on the January 4 summery go through what is most important for the exam.
We have told you many times that you should look at the lecture slides and read the the chapters in the books that correspond with the content of the slides.
      Best regards,
      Krister
